+ I have an allergy, are your products safe?

As someone who also has a food allergy, we take allergies seriously. Please let us know of any allergies to take necessary precautions. However, all of our products are handled and baked in the same kitchen; so we ask you to consider this when placing an order for someone with a severe allergy.

+ What kind of cakes do you make?

We are a from-scratch bakery, all of our products are freshly made with high-quality ingredients! Our cakes consist of flour, sugar, butter/vegetable oil, eggs, salt, vanilla, and milk. Our cakes are frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream which is made of egg whites, sugar, and butter. Our chocolate icing is made from chocolate, butter, and sugar.

+ Can I leave my cake out or should it be refrigerated?

Depends! Cake is always better at room temperature unless it's 3 leches of course! Typically, we suggest leaving your cake out 2-4hrs before your cake is going to be enjoyed! DO NOT leave our cakes in the sun! Remember, if you're hot, so is the cake!

+ What do I do with my leftover cake?

Take plastic wrap or parchment/wax paper and press it up against the cut side of your cake. Now, wrap the cake with the cake board with plastic wrap. Again, bring your slice of cake to room temperature to enjoy. Unless you plan on dipping it into your cafecito, which we always think is a great idea!
